STAY TYPES
Accommodation or Rental‑housing?
SNUG offers two ways to stay. They count your dates differently and have different minimum stays. Pick the one that fits your plans.
The key differences
Accommodation suits trips and short visits. Rental-housing suits settling in for a while. Anyone can book either.
Some stays set a longer minimum. Weekend rates apply to Friday and Saturday nights.

Good to know
Stay type isn’t room type
Accommodation and Rental-housing describe how you book. The room type is separate, and whether the kitchen or bathroom is shared depends on the stay.

- Private
- Shared
How prices work
- Prices on stay cards include the 10% guest service fee.
- Accommodation is priced per night and Rental-housing per day. Some rental-housing stays show a weekly price.
- Your total depends on your dates and the stay’s terms. Some stays offer discounts depending on how long you stay.
